Since childhood, I've dreamed of becoming the finest musician I could be. I grew up with tremendous ambition, but also with anxiety and trauma caused by rigorous artistic training, perfectionism, and the challenges inherent in the performance world. I believed that hard work alone would bring success and happiness. What I didn't understand then was that our nervous systems carry the imprint of our experiences—both our own and those inherited from previous generations—shaping how we navigate our current and future lives.
After decades of pursuing technical perfection on the cello, I embarked on extensive training in therapy and learned how to process past traumas. Now, I'm here to offer you that same opportunity for healing. Together, we can explore your past experiences, identify obstacles, and work through them to unlock your freedom of expression on stage. You deserve to become the fullest version of yourself when you perform.
